Everything You Need To Know About General Conference

GC

The Pacific Area Presidency invites people of all ages across the Pacific to tune into General Conference this year.

'It is not where the conference is watched that is of greatest importance but rather that members watch it and hearken to the teachings.' - Pacific Area Presidency.

Kendall Niuelua said General Conference is like a spiritual reset for the next six months. 'It helps me feel peace,' he said.

For Kailtin Chuo, Conference is a time to receive revelation. 'By listening to servants of The Lord we can feel the spirit working with us and receive our own revelation. There was a time I struggled to find work. I remember a talk by Elder Holland that let me know that the Lord would bless me for my faith. I was so touched from that experience,' she said.

'My favourite memory of conference is one where Elder Andersen talked about the commandment to have children and the blessings of them,' said Elarmana Fata.

'I was newly married and in university. We had three beautiful children whilst I was studying and it was not easy but I was so grateful for the counsel we received at General Conference.'
