Child Safe Standards
The Victoria Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme is a reference document required by Victoria law and briefly describes the child protection policies and procedures of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Any person in Victoria who believes that a child is being or may be abused or neglected may report it to the Child Protection Crisis Line on 13 12 78 or in an emergency, to the police (000). A voluntary reporter who acts in good faith is protected from liability.
VIC Law - Duty to Report Child Sexual Offence
An adult who forms a reasonable belief that an adult has committed a sexual offence against a child under age 16 must report it promptly to the police (000) unless he or she has a reasonable excuse as defined by law. It is an offence not to do so. Maximum penalty: 3 years' imprisonment. (Crimes Act 1958, s327 - http://www.legislation.vic.gov.au).
Reportable Conduct Scheme
The Chruch has a duty to report child abuse committed anywhere by any member with a calling or ministering assignment. You should inform your priesthood leader of any such information, so he can act upon it. You may also report it directly to the Victoria Commission for Children and Young People.
