Applicant completes and signs WWC Check application.
Provide original and current identification documents that total 100 points, including photographic ID.
Employer/Agency Representative signs application.
Take completed application from, photographic ID, original identification documents to a participating Australia Post outlet.
Pay $11.00 fee.
Photograph will be taken when lodging application.
Assessment Notice and WWC card issued to applicant.
Australia Service Centre staff will verify applicant’s WWC Card and update CPAS.
WWC Card is valid for 3 years. If a member already has a WWC Card as a result of their work or volunteering with a different organisation they should present that card for uploading into CPAS. The clerk should then verify the card number online at: http://www.checkwwc.wa.gov.au/checkwwc and include a copy of the verification in CPAS. In addition the Australia Service Centre needs to be advised of such for registration requirements.
